A Chemical Engineer and accomplished writer, Kamlesh has dedicated his life to th field of education. His book Baaki Soonya has been very received in literary circles and brought him many accolades. He has been awarded with the prestigious Marathi Sahitya Parishad award for his book. He is currently writing an analytical commentary on The Mahabharat and this novel is highly anticipated after his last work.
Mr. Walavalkar is also the Chairman of the Road Safety Trust at the Nalanda Foundation and works diligently for this cause. Along with this he also runs an academy for students preparing for civil services exams.
